Baked donuts with powdered sugar

Ingredients
Dry Ingredients
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
Wet Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Topping
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
Instructions
  1. Mix dry ingredients together.

  2. Mix wet ingredients together.

  3. Add wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix.

  4. Spray a mini donut pan with a non-stick spray.

  5. Spoon batter into donut pan filling each compartment 3/4 full.

  6. Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 10-12 minutes.

  7. Let cool for 2 minutes and then remove from pan.

  8. When donuts are completely cooled, roll each donut in powdered sugar. Tap off excess sugar.
