Large pasta shells stuffed with spinach, cheese and Italian sausage. 

Pasta Shells Italian Sausage Spinach Ricotta Mozzarella Parmesan Marinara Sauce

Key Ingredients

Step 1

Saute spinach. Cook until wilted and reduced in size.

Step 2

Combine ricotta, eggs, parmesan and seasoning together. 

Step 3

Stir in cooked spinach and cooked sausage.

Step 4

Fill cooked shells with cheesy sausage mixture.

Step 5

Place in a casserole dish with a layer of marinara sauce on the bottom.

Step 6

Cover with additional sauce and fresh mozzarella cheese.

Step 7

Bake until hot and bubbly. Serve hot with additional fresh herbs.
