Baby Back Ribs
Create a dry rub made with brown sugar, salt, pepper, smoked paprika, garlic powder, rosemary and more.
Dry Rub
Soak wood chips and place in a foil packet.
Wood Chips
Wrap wood chips in foil and poke several holes in foil.
Place wood chips below food grill.
Remove membrane from bone side of ribs.
Prepare Ribs
Apply rub to both sides of ribs and let rest for 10-15 minutes.
Place on preheated grill with meat side up. Meat is placed on indirect heat!
Cook ribs for 4 - 4 1/2 hours at 250°
Cook Ribs
Test ribs by picking up on one end, when the meat begins to separate, the ribs are done.
Smoke Ribs
Remove ribs from grill and allow ribs to rest for 15 minutes. Slice and serve.
