Key Ingredients

Step 1

Brown the meat in a dutch oven with a bit of oil.

Step 2

Brown the meat in small batches. You want that delicious brown coating.

Step 3

Saute veggies until soft.

Step 4

Add remaining ingredients in pan. Cover and bake at a low heat for 3 hours.

Step 5

Remove herbs and reduce sauce on stovetop.

Serve over mashed potatoes.
