Oven Roasted Tomatoes
Delicious oven roasted tomatoes with olive oil, garlic and herbs.
Slice tomatoes in half. If using cherry tomatoes leave whole and on stem.
Place on a pan with olive oil, garlic and fresh herbs.
Drizzle with oil
Roast in a 325° oven for 2 hours.
Roast cherry tomatoes to use with pasta or serve as an appetizer.
