Turnovers

Perfect individual hand pies filled with a raspberry filling and topped with a light glaze.

Step 1

Place raspberries, sugar and cornstarch in a saucepan. Heat until thickens.

Step 2

Make pie dough and cut into small rounds.

Step 3

Fill each round with a small amount of filling.

Step 4

Fold dough over and crimp to seal the edges.

Step 4

Brush with egg wash and bake.

Step 4

Dip each pie into a thin glaze. Let pies dry on a baking rack.
