Potato Galette

Thin slices of potato layered with butter, olive oil, garlic and fresh herbs and oven roasted in a cast iron skillet.

Combine melted butter, olive oil, garlic and fresh herbs together.

Make butter mixture

Use a mandoline or a sharp knife to slice thin slices of potato.

Slice the potatoes

Place sliced potatoes in a large bowl and add butter mixture. Stir so every slice is coated.

Cover with butter mixture

Begin to layer the potatoes in a greased cast iron skillet.

Place in pan

Continue adding layers of potatoes until all potatoes are used. Scrape any extra butter over the top.

Place in pan

Bake until cooked through and crispy.
