Delicious homemade potato chips sprinkled with salt or your favorite seasoning.
1. Use Russet Potatoes
2. Slice
3. Soak
4. Drain
Peel the potatoes
Use a mandoline to get evenly sliced potatoes
Soak the potatoes in water and vinegar
Drain and dry potatoes
Get the Recipe
5. Fry
6. Season
7. Repeat
8. Enjoy
Fry the potatoes in small batches
Place on a wire rack and season while still warm
Continue cooking until all potatoes are cooked
Eat and enjoy!!!
Perfect for lunch, dinner or making for a snack.
