Bend asparagus near the bottom until it snaps. This is the part you will remove.
Cut off the ends - Use your snapped piece as a guide as to where to cut the remaining asparagus.
Place asparagus on a baking sheet. Drizzle olive oil over asparagus. Toss to coat so olive oil covers all pieces of asparagus.
Arrange asparagus in single layer. Top with Parmesan cheese.
Bake in a preheated 450° oven for 15 minutes. Serve hot.
