Make Ahead Mashed Potatoes

Delicious mashed potatoes that can be made ahead of time and kept warm in a slow cooker for up to 2-3 hours.

Cook and mash your potatoes. 

Add butter, sour cream and milk.

Butter the inside of a crockpot and place hot mashed potatoes inside. Keep on low for 2-3 hours until ready to serve. 

Add additional milk or butter if the potatoes become dry or too thick.
