Twice Baked Potato Casserole

Russet Potatoes Bacon Cheese Sour Cream Butter Milk Green Onions

Bake the potatoes until soft. Scoop out potato and mash with butter and sour cream. 

Fold in cheese, bacon, onions and a bit of the potato peel.

So creamy! You could almost eat it right now!

Place it in a casserole dish and add more cheese and bacon. Bake until heated through.

So delicious! Serve for holiday dinners or everyday meals.
