Freeze Rhubarb

Freezing rhubarb is such a great idea! Use your rhubarb harvest all year long.

Select several firm stalks from your rhubarb plant. Don't take too many stalks from any one plant.

Harvest

Step 1

Wash and dry rhubarb. Cut into chunks.

Step 2

Place cut rhubarb into a freezer safe container.

Step 3

Label and place in freezer.

Step 4

Use in your favorite recipes.

Frozen rhubarb is perfect in rhubarb bread.
