Make the marinade - Combine freshly squeezed lime juice, vinegar, honey, garlic and jalapenos.
Marinade the shrimp - Place shrimp along with the marinade (reserve a 1/4 cup for basting) Marinade for 15-20 minutes.
Drain the marinade and skewer the shrimp.
Grill 2-3 minutes per side. Baste each side with the reserved marinade.
Perfect served hot off the grill or chilled as an appetizer!
