Combine soy sauce, honey, lemon or lime juice, sesame oil, olive oil, garlic, fresh ginger and red pepper flakes into a jar. Shake well until combined.
Place marinade and chicken breast in a bag and allow to marinade for at least 30 minutes.
Grill chicken on a hot grill for 7-8 minutes per side.
A gas or charcoal grill works fine.
Brush reserved marinade on chicken.
Remove chicken from grill and allow chicken to rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
Slice and serve as a main dish or add to a salad for a complete meal.
