Ham & Rice
Melt butter in a pan with flour and mix to combine. Stir in milk and chicken broth. Cook until thickened.
Make a roux
Add cooked rice, frozen peas and ham.
Stir until ingredients are well distributed.
Place in a greased casserole dish and add topping.
Bake in a 350° oven for 40 minutes until golden and bubbly.
