Chile Relleno Casserole
All the delicious tastes of a traditional chile relleno in an easy to make casserole.
Poblano Chilies Eggs Monterey Jack Cheese Milk Flour Seasoning
Combine milk and flour together. Mix until smooth. Add seasonings and baking powder.
Start by mixing eggs together in a large bowl.
Add milk mixture to the eggs and combine
Begin layering casserole. Place one layer of roasted peppers in the bottom of a greased baking dish.
Add shredded cheese
And another layer of roasted poblano peppers
Pour egg mixture over the entire casserole. Bake in a preheated 350° oven for 40 minutes.
