Ham and Rice Casserole

Rice Ham Peas Milk Bread Crumbs

Key Ingredients

Step 1

Make a roux with butter and flour.  Add milk and cook until creamy

Step 2

Add rice, ham and peas

Step 3

Stir until everything is well coated. 

Step 4

Place in a casserole dish and top with bread crumbs. Bake in 350° oven for 40 minutes.

Let rest 10 minutes before serving. 

Step 5

Perfect for family dinners and for using up leftovers!
