Creamy sauce with orzo pasta, spinach and chicken breasts makes a delicious meal.
Slice chicken breasts in half to make smaller medallions.
Dredge chicken in flour and then add to a saute pan with a bit of oil.
Cook until both sides are browned. Remove chicken and set aside.
In same pan, saute garlic and onion.
Add orzo pasta and stir until covered with oil.
Add chicken broth and white wine. Simmer until pasta is al dente.
Add spinach and return chicken breasts to pan.
Stir in heavy cream and cheese. Add fresh basil before serving.
