Cranberry Swirl Cookies

Delicious sugar cookie filled with fresh cranberries and orange zest.

Step 1

Make the dough. Cover and refrigerate.

Step 2

Puree fresh cranberries, sugar and orange zest.

Step 3

Roll out the cookie dough, add filling and roll up jelly roll style.

Step 4

Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate again.

Step 5

Slice and Bake in a 375° oven.
