Rice Chicken Broccoli Chicken Broth Milk Parmesan Cheese Butter Flour Sherry Wine
Ingredients
Steam the Broccoli - Cut the broccoli into small pieces. Steam in a basket steamer until tender.
Make a roux. Combine butter and flour together in a saucepan. Heat for a few minutes over medium heat.
Add milk and chicken broth. Heat until it begins to thicken.
Add parmesan cheese. Stir until well incorporated.
Add broccoli and chicken.
Layer in a greased casserole dish.
Alternate layers with rice.
Bake until heated through and golden brown.
