Chicken Thighs Rice Carrots Celery Onion Chicken Broth Seasonings

Key Ingredients

Step 1

Sprinkle chicken thighs with seasoning.

Step 2

Saute finely diced carrots, celery, onions and garlic. 

Step 3

Stir in rice and stir until rice is well coated with olive oil.

Step 4

Add rice and chicken thighs to a baking dish. Add chicken broth. Cover and bake.

Step 5

Bake until rice is tender and chicken is cooked through.
