Add 2 tablespoons of flour to blueberries. Set aside
To make cake
Combine butter and sugar until soft and creamy
Mix in eggs one at a time. Be certain to scrape down sides so everything is fully mixed.
Add lemon juice, lemon zest and vanilla.
Alternate adding flour mixture (flour, baking powder and salt) and milk.
Fold in blueberries.
Place batter in a well greased bundt pan and bake in a 350° oven for one hour.
Test cake to make certain it's cooked through.
